Leave to Remain & Enter

Further work may be required between lodging the grounds of appeal and the appeal hearing, such as gathering evidence, finding and instructing appropriate experts, negotiating with the Home Office, conferences with witnesses, and drafting witness statements. Clients are advised in advance of the type of work required and the fees involved.
